We are seeking a professional Project Manager to lead our project delivery team in Portland, OR. This role involves working closely with technical sales and quoting teams to ensure project success.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, from initial design to final delivery.
  2. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  3. Interface with customers to understand their needs and expectations.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including purchasing, manufacturing, and sales.
  5. Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  6. Make informed decisions to optimize project outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in project management, preferably in manufacturing.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • PMP certification is a plus.

Salary and Benefits: The annual salary for this position is between $80-$110k, with additional benefits including medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans.
