Job SummaryWe are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team, providing hands-on care and emotional support to our residents. As a CNA, you will be responsible for a designated group of residents during your shift, ensuring their safety and comfort.
Key Responsibilities- Provide physical and emotional support to residents, maintaining a safe and comfortable home-like environment.
- Observe, report, and document symptoms and conditions of residents, including changes in skin, behavior, alertness, weight, dietary, and participation in activities.
- Respond promptly to security system and resident call bells, notifying supervisors and/or Health Care Coordinators of increased care needs.
- Assist with continence management, disposing of products properly to ensure sanitation of resident suites and community restrooms.
- Serve and collect food trays, maintaining cleanliness of resident rooms and work areas.
- Practice good standard care precautions of cleanliness, hygiene, and health.
- Help residents maintain independence, promote dignity, and physical safety.
- Engage residents in life skills and other life enrichment activities.
- Greet and assist internal and external customers, guests, family members, residents, vendors, and team members.
- Perform resident laundry as assigned and needed.
Previous experience working with seniors is preferred. Eligible team members are offered a comprehensive benefit package, including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurances, paid time off, and paid holidays.
