Job Summary:
The Moore Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Professional to provide after-school care for a client. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in assisting with daily tasks, promoting independence, and enhancing the client's quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with food preparation, toileting, and other daily living tasks
- Engage in activities such as playing games, going on walks, and listening to music
- Transport the client to community activities and provide support during outings
- Document services and maintain accurate records
- Communicate effectively with the client, family members, and the Service Coordinator
Requirements:
- High school diploma required; one year of experience and/or college education preferred
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and provide timely documentation
- Access to reliable transportation and adequate car insurance
- Comfortable working with dogs and occasional transportation
What We Offer:
- $16 per hour plus $4 paid via check = $20 per hour bi-weekly
- Mileage reimbursement at $0.50 per mile
