Job Overview

We are offering a competitive salary of $95,000 - $120,000 per year for this position, based in Irving, TX. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to advance their career in a dynamic corporate office environment with opportunities for growth and development.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to ensure every customer interaction reflects The Pasha Way.
  • Analyze performance metrics and implement improvements to drive operational excellence.
  • Solve escalated concerns and maintain effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and champion a culture of continuous growth.
  • Manage schedules, productivity reports, and operations to ensure smooth delivery of services.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in customer service leadership, with 3+ years managing teams.
  • Proven track record of inspiring teams and driving operational success.
  • Comfortable with contact center systems and intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
