Your Role and Responsibilities:
As a vital part of our team, you will engage in a variety of essential tasks:
  • Work closely with experienced supervisors to implement customized treatment plans that cater to individual client needs.
  • Follow strict Covid-19 safety protocols to ensure the well-being of clients and staff.
  • Accurately document and monitor client progress using advanced tracking systems.
  • Participate in meetings, training sessions, and orientations to enhance your professional development.
  • Develop strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Take an active role in delivering evidence-based programs, providing valuable insights for client development.

Qualifications We Value:
  • A sincere commitment to ABA therapy, ideally supported by experience in psychology, education, or related fields.
  • Must reside in Michigan and possess a high school diploma or GED.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are essential for client care.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with proficiency in computer use.
  • A commitment to maintaining professionalism in accordance with industry standards.
  • Flexibility in data collection and adherence to supervisor instructions.
  • Proactive documentation practices, ensuring timely submission of reports and active engagement in training.
