About the Job

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated ABA Therapist to join our team at TRAC Therapy Research Autism Center. As an integral member of our team, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Traumatic Brain Injuries (TBIs) overcome obstacles and reach new heights.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with experienced supervisors to develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
  • Adhere to strict Covid-19 screening procedures to ensure the safety of clients and staff.
  • Document and track progress using advanced systems to ensure data accuracy.
  • Attend meetings, orientations, and training sessions to continually improve skills and knowledge.
  • Cultivate strong written and verbal communication skills to foster effective collaboration within the team.
  • Contribute to the development of evidence-based programs and provide insights that contribute to clients' growth.
Qualifications
  • A genuine passion for ABA therapy and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
  • Residency in Michigan and a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Proficiency in communication, including written and verbal skills, and strong computer literacy.
  • A professional demeanor and commitment to maintaining BACB and TRAC standards.
  • Flexibility in data collection and graphing, adhering to supervisor guidelines.
  • A proactive approach to documentation and timely submission of notes.
