Daily Responsibilities
  • Efficiently and accurately select undamaged products to construct pallets that meet customer specifications, ensuring labels are visible and arrows are oriented correctly.
  • Cross-check products against pick tickets and case labels, submitting complete and accurate documentation.
  • Report any damages or discrepancies in inventory to the supervisor promptly.
  • Ensure pallets are securely wrapped and stacked for safe transportation.
  • Independently lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to interpret and understand label information.
  • Capability to read small print on packaging and documentation, with or without corrective lenses.
  • Ability to follow instructions using a headset selection system.
  • Consistently meet or exceed established performance quotas.
