Residential Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities- Talent Management: Hire, welcome, onboard, and mentor new colleagues on the team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
- Leadership and Development: Facilitate regular meetings and support required training to ensure the support, quality, and compliance expectations are met. Develop the schedule for program DSPs and Lead DSPs as required.
- Program Leadership: Effectively engage in the admission of individuals supported, complete required Medicaid redeterminations and renewal submissions, and positively influence the program to grow residential services and achieve balanced scorecard results.
- Person-Centered Care and Services: Ensure timely, comprehensive, and objective documentation, track, monitor, and update Individual Support Plans (ISP/PSP), and deliver person-centered care and services to those we serve.
- High School diploma or GED.
- 2-3 years of previous experience in a work position, volunteer/community role, or educational setting that focuses on serving and helping others.
- 2-3 years of previous leadership experience.
- Ability to travel between residential programs within Kansas.
- Ability to be flexible on hours and residential settings in your local community to assist colleagues and those we serve.
- Knowledge of serving others, giving and receiving feedback, holding self and others accountable.
- Ability to collaborate, provide effective listening skills, manage conflict resolution situations, and leverage technology to the fullest.
- Ability to exhibit quality and continuous improvement of self and processes.
