Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise a team of housekeepers to ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the store.
  • Ensure the overall cleanliness of the building, including restrooms, selling floor, office spaces, and other common areas.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service and ensure that all customers receive a positive experience.
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure the store is clean and well-maintained.
  • Monitor and address performance issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of housekeeping or janitorial experience, with 1-2 years of lead or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Resourceful self-starter with excellent communication and leadership skills.
