Who you are:

As a Registered Nurse (RN) within our Cardiac & Vascular Interventional Unit at Catholic Medical Center (CMC), you excel in a dynamic environment, managing patient admissions and preparing them for their procedures. You will care for a diverse group of patients undergoing cardiac catheterizations, TAVR procedures, cardiac ablations, Watchman implants, and more. Your assessment skills will be crucial in identifying any changes in your patients' conditions following their procedures, with many patients being discharged on the same day.

What you'll do:

  • Evaluate patients' physical and psychological well-being through interviews, examinations, and clinical data analysis.
  • Utilize your critical thinking abilities to address challenges and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Exhibit expertise in assessing, responding to, and modifying care plans to cater to the needs of the patient population served by CMC.
  • Act as a mentor to your colleagues.
  • Participate in various clinical committees aimed at enhancing patient care and fostering positive outcomes.

What you'll bring:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse.
  • Experience in an acute care environment is highly desirable.
  • A current, unencumbered RN license in the State of NH.
  • American Heart Association BLS certification is required.
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program is preferred.
  • A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is strongly preferred.
