Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Research Associate to join our team at Intelliswift Software. As a key member of our research department, you will be responsible for coordinating high throughput early discovery assays and working collaboratively with internal research departments and CROs to ensure timely data and report delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate high throughput early discovery assays and ensure compliance with template work instructions.
  • Collaborate with internal research departments and CROs to receive and upload data and reports to databases in a timely manner.
  • Provide quality control review of nonclinical regulatory documents, data tables, study protocols, and reports.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including document management.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or CRO industry in small molecule and/or biopharmaceutical drug development.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality of work.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, plan proactively, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong computer skills, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • BS or BA degree in a scientific discipline.
