About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Saginaw, Michigan. As an LPN at DaVita, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney disease.

In this role, you will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care, focusing on individualized treatment plans and compassionate support. You will also be responsible for educating patients and their families about their condition, treatment options, and self-care strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and documenting patient information
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Educate patients and their families about their condition, treatment options, and self-care strategies
  • Monitor patient progress, identifying and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise

Requirements:

  • Current LPN licensure in the state of Michigan
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • IV certification (if required by state regulations)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • BONENT or CHT certification (preferred or required by state regulation)

Compensation Package:

DaVita offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $ 64,000 - 81,500, depending on experience.
