Primary Care Opportunity in Southern Oregon

Providence Medical Group's Doctors Clinic in Medford, Oregon, is seeking a board-certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its well-established primary care clinic. Our age-friendly clinic supports senior health and features a primary care medical home setting and multidisciplinary team, including medical assistants, patient relations representatives, psychologist, clinical pharmacy specialist, nursing, case management, dietitian, and a social outreach representative.

About the Opportunity
  • Full-time position, 1.0 FTE (flexible to hire 0.80 FTE, 0.90 FTE, or 1.0 FTE)
  • Panels position; outpatient care only
  • Option to work either 4 or 5 days per week
  • Collegial team with 4 Physicians and 4 APPs

  • As a non-profit organization, Providence is an eligible employer for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program
  • Must have at least 2 years of practice experience post-licensure as NP or PA
  • Previous experience caring for older adult and geriatric patients is preferred
