Primary Care Opportunity

Providence Medical Group is seeking an exemplary board-certified nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join a collaborative team at Providence Medford Medical Clinic – Stewart Meadows in Medford, Oregon.

This is an outpatient care opportunity working in a primary care medical home setting. The team features medical assistants, embedded patient relations representatives, and a psychologist. You will enjoy compassionate work while experiencing all that beautiful Southern Oregon has to offer.

  • Full-time position, 1.0 FTE (flexible to hire 0.8 FTE, 0.9 FTE or 1.0 FTE)
  • Schedule can be either 4, 4.5, or 5 days per week

  • Outpatient care only; paneled position
