Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team at SYNERGY HomeCare of Woodbridge. As an Office Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our caregivers and clients, while maintaining accurate records and managing our social media presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the recruitment and onboarding of caregivers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and caregivers, resolving issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage and update our social media accounts, ensuring a strong online presence and engaging content.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required by management, such as data entry and filing.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as internet research skills.
  • Ability to work flexible part-time hours, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Pay rate based on skills and background, with opportunities for growth and development.
