Coordinate Metrology Analyst

Role Summary

This role involves operating and maintaining Coordinate Measuring Machines to ensure accurate and high-quality production. The ideal candidate will have experience with Zeiss/Calypso machines and be able to read engineering drawings and blueprints.

Main Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain Coordinate Measuring Machines in a manufacturing setting.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints to ensure accurate product measurement and inspection.
• Perform measurements and inspections on products using various tools and equipment.
• Ensure that products meet the required specifications and standards by creating and maintaining accurate records of measurements and inspections.
• Maintain accurate records of measurements and inspections, and perform calibration and routine maintenance of Inspection Equipment.
• Comply with all relevant health and safety regulations and procedures.

Requirements and Skills

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in operating Coordinate Measuring Machines.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
• Knowledge of GD&T preferred.
• Proficiency in using various measuring tools and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
