Job Title: JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Systems Analyst

Responsibilities:

  • Solve complex technical programming issues, especially those affecting multiple functions or organizations.
  • Serve as an expert on JD Edwards EnterpriseOne ERP system, focusing on application programming and technology changes.
  • Design and execute master file update programs, and develop advanced internal application programming techniques.
  • Create complex programming specifications, using sophisticated mathematical and logical methods.
  • Design major computer systems, integrating new applications with established systems.
  • Collaborate with system users to identify opportunities for greater efficiency, system integration, or cost reduction.
  • Analyze and improve machine utilization to optimize system operations.
  • Research new procedures, equipment, and operating systems for potential application to operations.
  • Assist in developing systems analysis standards and provide consultative direction for systems projects.
  • Investigate and resolve technical software issues in coordination with vendors and internal teams.
  • Stay updated on technological advancements impacting the organization’s software.
  • Recommend new software acquisitions and design maintenance procedures for new systems.


Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of hands-on experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, particularly in systems analysis.
  • Experience with JD Edwards Finance, Sales, and Purchase Order Modules.
  • Strong knowledge of JD Edwards database, tables, and relationships.
  • Proficiency in JD Edwards setup, including UDC tables and processing options.
  • Ability to prototype, test, and walk through business processes in a test system.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to speak both technical and business language.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with JD Edwards Orchestrator.
  • Knowledge of Groovy language.
  • Working knowledge of SQL databases and queries.
