Key Responsibilities- Provide accurate and timely information to patients and families, addressing their questions and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage patient records, including registration, admission, and discharge processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with nursing staff and other departments to ensure seamless patient care and efficient unit operations.
- Utilize critical thinking skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to infection control and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, promoting a positive and respectful work environment.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; one year of experience in a clinical setting preferred.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
