Job Summary

A Customer Service Ambassador is a key member of the Associa team, responsible for providing exceptional service to guests and customers in a hotel, shopping mall, or corporate office setting. As a visible point person, they are available to assist guests at all times, providing information and support to ensure a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests to the facility and provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Perform various administrative and managerial tasks to support the facility's mission.
  • Attend to the needs of guests, answer questions, and provide solutions to ensure a positive experience.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

Knowledge and Skills

  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Excellent professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.).
  • Strong professional customer service skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented, and a team player.
  • Effective time management and time-critical prioritization skills.

Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 0-3 years of directly related or closely related experience.

Schedule

  • Saturday and Sunday, 8am-4pm.
  • Per diem opportunities available.
