- Oversee the stocking and rotation of merchandise to ensure optimal inventory levels and minimize losses.
- Lead and develop teams effectively by teaching, training, and actively listening to associates.
- Communicate and collaborate with all levels of associates regarding store operations, utilizing technology, business initiatives, merchandising, and company direction.
- Model and demonstrate exceptional customer service standards to store associates.
- Provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates by hiring, training, and mentoring of associates.
- Control the unexplained loss of merchandise and improve profitability by identifying and communicating performance goals and objectives.
- Detect, deter, investigate, and resolve violations of company policies and criminal activities.
- Monitor safety and risk controls within a facility by ensuring an effective safety program is in place.
- Manage facility-level training and execution of asset protection, safety, and claims and receiving procedures.
- Manage claims and receiving operations by ensuring proper policies and procedures are followed.
- Coordinate, complete, and oversee job-related activities and assignments by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
- Completion of 2 years of college or 1 year's experience as a supervisor in a multi-department environment.
- Successful completion of any applicable state requirements to work in asset protection.
- Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments.
- Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University.
- Certificate of Completion in People and Business Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University.
- Certification in an asset protection related field.
