Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Financial Services Representative who thrives in a customer-centric, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering exceptional service to our members while assisting them with their financial needs.

Compensation: The salary for this position ranges from $19.08 to $20.14.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:15 a.m. to 5:15 p.m., with rotating Saturdays from 8:30 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. Overtime pay is provided for Saturday hours.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome members and guests to the Credit Union, ensuring a professional and friendly atmosphere.
  • Assess members' financial needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
  • Engage with potential members and community organizations to promote our offerings.
  • Participate in community events to foster relationships and increase brand awareness.
  • Achieve sales and service targets set by the management.
  • Collaborate with branch leadership and staff to maintain high standards of member service.
  • Handle member inquiries and requests in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Address member concerns promptly to strengthen relationships.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling services to enhance member satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about operational procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Adapt to changing branch schedules, including occasional evening and Saturday shifts.

Employment Conditions: All employment offers are contingent upon successful completion of a credit check, drug screening, and fingerprint submission as required by law.

Qualifications

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) registration with NMLS is required.

Experience:

  • At least one year of experience in the financial sector is required, with customer service experience preferred.

Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic software applications.
  • Understanding of compliance regulations related to banking.

Physical Requirements: This role involves various physical activities, including standing or sitting for extended periods and the ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
