Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs and replacements of equipment and fixtures.
  • Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and develop plans to address them.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and minimize disruptions.
  • Develop and implement procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in maintenance or a related field.
  • A combination of experience and training to perform minor electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and renovation work.
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
  • Knowledge of and ability to operate, receive, store, issue, and maintain tools and equipment used in facilities.
  • Knowledge of and ability to follow good health and safety principles.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
  • Ability to maintain and monitor inventory levels, including the ability to identify, locate, and procure maintenance and goods.
  • Ability to read and interpret information as necessary to perform the duties of the position and good oral and written communication skills.
  • Must possess and maintain a valid NYS driver's license, have a satisfactory driving record, and daily access to a vehicle.
  • Proof of COVID-19 vaccinations is a condition of employment.
