Lead Infant Teacher Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Lead Infant Teacher to join our team at Guidepost Montessori. As a Lead Infant Teacher, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing environment that fosters independence, exploration, and growth in our infant students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Observe and understand the physical, intellectual, and emotional needs of each child
  • Prepare a beautiful and orderly environment that promotes trust, exploration, and deep learning
  • Cultivate independence and self-confidence by helping children develop essential skills
  • Form personal connections with each child and foster a community of respect
  • Communicate and collaborate with parents to provide exceptional care and support
