$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description

As a Residential Maintenance Technician at Mayroad, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining the physical condition and appearance of residential properties and other Mayroad assets. Your expertise will span various aspects, including structural, paint, plumbing, HVAC, Steam, pressure washing, cleaning, electrical, and more.

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks in and around Mayroad communities, ensuring the safety and satisfaction of residents.
  • Conduct thorough inspections to identify potential issues and implement preventative measures.
Required Qualifications
  • At least 3+ years of experience in general residential maintenance, with a focus on HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, and basic electrical systems.
