About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Residential Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Mayroad. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining the physical condition and appearance of residential properties and other Mayroad assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance in and around Mayroad communities, including occupied and vacant residences, community properties, and amenities.
  • Repair structural damage and other issues to walls, floors, crawlspaces, ceilings, insulation, attics, entryways, windows, decks, patios, garages, pools, etc.
  • Maintain and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other systems as needed.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience in general residential maintenance, including HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, and basic electrical.
