Position SummaryWe are currently seeking a Medical Imaging Specialist to join our team. This role is essential in performing both routine and advanced imaging procedures, ensuring high-quality images are available for medical professionals to aid in patient diagnosis and treatment.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct a variety of radiological examinations, ensuring precision and adherence to safety protocols.
- Independently assess patient needs and provide compassionate care throughout the imaging process.
- Collaborate effectively with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes.
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory standards and organizational policies.
Education:
- Completion of an accredited program in Radiologic Technology.
Licensure:
- ARRT certification and state licensure as a Radiologic Technologist.
- BLS certification upon hire.
- A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a clinical setting.
- Strong understanding of radiology principles and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly to patients and colleagues.
- Proficient in using various healthcare technology systems.
This position requires a commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and safety while delivering high-quality care. The role involves working full-time during weekdays with potential weekend responsibilities as needed.
