We are seeking a skilled Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to join our team at Remede Consulting Group, Inc. in Santa Barbara, California.

Job Summary:

The Diagnostic Imaging Specialist will be responsible for operating and maintaining imaging equipment, preparing patients for exams, and producing high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain imaging equipment, including CT scanners, to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Prepare patients for exams by explaining procedures, positioning patients, and ensuring patient comfort and safety.
  • Produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes, adhering to established protocols and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient exams, including images and reports.
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.
  • Current certification as a Registered Technologist (RT) in Radiography or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in diagnostic imaging, preferably in a hospital or clinical setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
