We are looking for a motivated and skilled Oncology Clinical Nurse Educator to deliver educational resources and training for healthcare professionals and office personnel involved in the care of cancer patients. This role provides a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and a rewarding performance-based incentive compensation package.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate educational sessions and in-service training on product details, disease management, dosage guidelines, administration techniques, and potential side effects.
- Engage with the field sales team and document interactions with healthcare providers.
- Fulfill administrative tasks promptly and efficiently.
- Organize and plan travel to oncology clinics.
- Participate in training programs, meetings, and industry conferences as necessary.
- Maintain necessary professional certifications and licenses.
- Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Current nursing license in good standing.
- A minimum of three years of experience in oncology nursing.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel, including overnight trips.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in IV Therapy (CRNI).
- Experience in adult oncology nursing.
