Job Description

You'll work closely with our AI Research team to develop and implement early-phase AI systems, enhancing user experience and measuring AI performance. Estimated Annual Salary: $312,000 - $342,000 USD

Responsibilities
  • Develop and direct the future of AI at Figma in collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Break down open-ended AI problems into engineering strategies using machine learning, data analysis, and experimental design
  • Provide mentorship and promote best practices in data and AI
  • Contribute to the growth of the team by improving the hiring process and recruiting outstanding AI talent
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in developing generative AI products
  • Proven experience implementing the full lifecycle of an AI development project
  • A growth mindset and experience mentoring junior engineers
  • Experience in developing deep product and business knowledge to connect abstract modeling and analysis tasks with business value
