Payroll Management Specialist

About Us:
Next 150 Construction, LLC is a dynamic construction company seeking a highly skilled Payroll Coordinator to join our team. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll processing, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Salary: $55,000 - $62,000 per year, plus benefits and retirement program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate employee filing systems, ensuring up-to-date master files.
- Process weekly labor reports, Certified Payroll reports (CPR), payroll reports, union reports, and prevailing wage reports as required.
- Collect timesheets from the field, manage contact lists, and conduct weekly payroll audits.
- Review field hours daily/weekly and assist with verifying and entering payroll timesheets.
- Reconcile timesheets payroll data for non-exempt employees, validate pay rates, and resolve any discrepancies.
- Address Timesheet-related inquiries and requests from employees.
- Familiarize yourself with Union and Prevailing Wage regulations.
- Prepare information for audits as requested.
- Collaborate with corporate payroll to research and resolve general payroll questions.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-3 years of office experience, payroll, or human resources preferred.
