Job Title: Product Design Manager

As a Product Design Manager at Weedmaps, you will lead and oversee the design team for both our B2C and B2B products. You will be responsible for driving best practices in the design process, user research, user testing, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of designers to deliver high-quality product design work
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing leadership to plan and iterate on new and existing features and products
  • Develop and maintain a design vision and strategy that aligns with the company's goals
  • Ensure best-in-class design solutions across all products and features

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in product design
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience managing a design team
  • Proven ability to translate qualitative and quantitative insights into a clear direction
  • Portfolio of meaningful product design work
