EGS is seeking a Nuclear Valve Engineer to join our team in Camden, NJ, Pittsburgh, PA, or Covert, MI. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for valve selections and qualifications, as well as writing specifications for valves such as Motor Operated Valves and others. Your expertise will be crucial in resolving plant operating, safety, and design issues to ensure plant reliability and availability. You will work closely with our operations and maintenance teams to identify, investigate, and resolve issues, and provide technical support for safe and reliable plant operation and maintenance of components. Your responsibilities will also include monitoring, trending, and assessing system, program, and component health to improve plant reliability. To be successful in this role, you will need a BS degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Chemical Engineering or a related technical degree, and a minimum of 7 years of experience in engineering work in a nuclear or related industry. If you are a US Citizen, Permanent Resident, or Canadian Citizen eligible to work under a TN Visa, we encourage you to apply.
