Job Description

We seek a highly skilled Transaction Advisory Specialist to join our Transaction Advisory Services team. The successful candidate will analyze target company data, build data books, and create financial models for financial due diligence engagements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain complex financial models and databases for financial due diligence engagements
• Collaborate with project team leaders to identify and mitigate potential risks and opportunities
• Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear, concise reports
• Assist in the evaluation of quality of earnings, normalized working capital, and items affecting future cash flows
• Identify integration, separation, and post-transaction transition issues
• Participate in marketing and business development activities to promote our services

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, with 2+ years of related M&A experience, supported by an active CPA certification or working towards obtaining the CPA certification
• Significant public accounting experience and expertise in financial analysis and modeling
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills, with the ability to develop long-lasting relationships
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to changing requirements
• Willingness to travel up to 40% on short notice

Benefits

The estimated annual salary range for this position is $110,000-$130,000, depending on location and individual qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
