Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Bookkeeping Specialist - AgilLink/QuickBooks to join our team at Consultative Search Group.

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining books for multiple clients, preparing financial statements, and ensuring accuracy in bookkeeping activities. You will also need to be proficient in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as AgilLink and QuickBooks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple client accounts and perform various bookkeeping tasks.
  • Prepare financial statements and reports for clients.
  • Process client payroll and other financial transactions.

A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution and 5+ years of experience in accounting, business management, and/or working with high-net-worth individuals are preferred for this role.
