Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Technician to provide technical support to production personnel for manual and automated production processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical or mechanical technology, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical support to production personnel on equipment setup, operation, and maintenance.
- Troubleshoot process and equipment problems, making adjustments or repairs as needed.
- Develop and deliver instructional training to production personnel on equipment and processes.
- Perform engineering tests and process validations, compiling data to support reports.
- Collect and analyze process yield data, inspecting and dispositioning production parts.
- Perform preventive maintenance activities and monitor assigned processes.
- Associates Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Technology or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of progressively more responsible related work experience.
- Strong understanding of electronic or electromechanical disciplines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
