We are seeking Licensed Therapists who are passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence. As a member of our clinical team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients and contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality behavioral healthcare.
Responsibilities- Provide evidence-based, medically driven treatment services to patients in an outpatient care setting.
- Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, as well as provide crisis intervention and stabilization services as needed.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current on best practices in behavioral healthcare.
- Must be fully licensed and credentialed in California (LPCC, LCSW, LMFT).
- Must have experience working with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
