We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Bilingual Mental Health Therapist to join our team at Marion County. As a licensed therapist, you will provide individual and family therapy, conduct mental health assessments, and offer case management and coordination of care to children, adolescents, and transition-age youth in the Salem and surrounding communities.
Key Responsibilities- Provide individual and family therapy to children, adolescents, and transition-age youth.
- Conduct mental health assessments, including screening for alcohol and drug issues.
- Document services to meet contract, administrative rule, and billing requirements.
- Provide consultation, training, and orientation regarding mental health and co-occurring disorders treatment to team members, student interns, and other professionals.
- Assist clients and families with accessing community supports and resources.
- Perform other job duties as assigned by your supervisor.
- State of Oregon licensure, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Professional Counselor (LPC), or Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT).
- Master's degree in psychology, social work, recreational therapy, music therapy, art therapy, or a behavioral science field.
- Fluent bilingual Spanish/English skills are required, with an additional 5% added to the hourly wage as compensation for this skill.

- A retention bonus of $3,000 after six months of continuous employment.
This is a safety-sensitive/special needs position. Final candidates selected for this position will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screen, including testing for marijuana.
This position may be subject to the following: Must not be excluded from participation in the federal health care programs (Medicaid, Medicare, and other federally funded programs that provide health benefits); and must not be excluded from participating in federal procurement (Federal Acquisition Regulation) and non-procurement activities (Executive Order No).
This position is represented by a union.
This is a full-time position, which is eligible for overtime.
Typical work schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., with one (1) late clinic 10:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m., with flexibility depending upon the needs of the department and program.
