We are seeking a skilled Commercial Door Service Technician to join our team at D.H. Pace Company, Inc.

About the Role:

  • As a Commercial Door Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing commercial door systems.
  • You will work with our team to identify opportunities to provide customers with products and services that meet their needs.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential for this role.
  • You will be trained by industry experts to perform maintenance and repairs on roll-up doors, also known as dock doors.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a construction-related industry.
  • Well-versed in the use of hand tools, including impact drills.
  • 3+ years of electrical experience preferred, but not required.
  • Good mechanical aptitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Possess a valid driver's license.
