Role Overview

The Flight Operations Recruiter is responsible for providing comprehensive recruitment and staffing support for Frontier Airlines' flight operations team. This role involves collaborating to attract pilots and fill all flight operations positions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and manage pilot staffing strategies in a competitive hiring landscape.
  • Coordinate and participate in pilot recruitment events alongside the flight operations recruitment team.
  • Oversee staffing objectives and monitor key performance metrics.
  • Provide consultative support to flight operations staff and leadership.
  • Work with the corporate staffing unit to develop qualified applicant sources, conduct screening processes, and assist management in interview development.
  • Lead efforts to generate candidate pipelines for open positions through various sourcing methods.
  • Travel as necessary to fulfill staffing needs for pilots.
  • Build and maintain pilot candidate pools for ongoing recruitment initiatives.
  • Identify innovative recruiting strategies to attract quality talent.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in high-volume recruitment.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field; relevant experience may substitute for formal education.
  • Previous experience in the airline industry is preferred.

Salary Range: $49,000 - $63,000
