Food Ambassador

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Ambassador to join our team at Compass Group, North America. As a Food Ambassador, you will be responsible for managing the operations of premium clubs and providing a pleasant guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with customers and resolve customer complaints in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Replenish condiments, coffee, other beverages and general supplies while maintaining cleanliness of service areas.
• Ensure compliance with company service standards and inventory and cashless control procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all sanitation, ServSafe and safety requirements.
• Service-oriented and willing to help patrons.
• Attention to detail to maintain accurate inventory and transaction records.
• Work experience as a retail cashier or in a similar role in sales.
• Familiarity with electronic equipment, such as point-of-sales systems.
