Job Summary

The Station Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day airport operations or a segment of the operation. This role requires a passion for ensuring the station's safe, reliable, efficient, and effective operational and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete audits, seal logs, and airplane paperwork.
  • Supervise and coordinate daily activities of employees to ensure safe and effective operations.
  • Clean and service aircraft interiors, including cabins, cockpits, galleys, and lavatories.
  • Prepare the cabin for customer boarding and departure, including cleaning seats, seat pockets, floors, galleys, and lavatories.
  • Check, handle, assemble, remove, and install passenger service cabin furnishings and supplies according to list specifications.
  • Assist ramp agents when cabin cleaning is complete.
  • Perform FOD walks in the ramp area between flights.
  • Ensure necessary ground equipment is available in the ramp area and bag room for upcoming flights.
  • Read and interpret aircraft weight and balance loading instructions, hazardous materials identification labels, aircraft loading manifest, and baggage routing tags.

Requirements
  • Four+ years of relevant experience.
  • Relevant supervisory experience.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift/carry/push/pull and move items of 70 pounds and more regularly and repetitively lift 40 to 50 pounds on raised surfaces.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
Pre-requisites
  • Must be a local (in-state) resident.
  • Valid In-State Driver's License.
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
  • Ability to pass up to a 10-year background check.
  • Must have the authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986.
  • Must complete ramp and SIDA training to obtain airport authority identification security.
