About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and ambitious Airport Administrative Assistant to support our security operations management team at Dallas Fort Worth Airport. The successful candidate will provide administrative support, data entry, airport badging, and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Office Support: Greet clients, answer phone calls, maintain office supplies, and ensure the cleanliness of shared spaces.
  • Payroll Management: Ensure accurate and timely payroll reports, resolve overlaps and errors, and prepare flight-related paperwork.
  • Staffing and Coverage: Assist in finding coverage for operations, maintain agent contact lists, and communicate flight changes and assignments.
  • Training Coordination: Manage training notifications, update training matrices, and follow up with employees on expiring IDs and certifications.
  • Data Management: Create and maintain employee folders, assist with training reports and certificates, and ensure compliance records are properly stored.
  • Authorized Signatory Duties: Oversee airport badging processes, manage new hire badging, and schedule airport-mandated training.
  • Parking Management: Set up parking for new employees and cancel parking for terminated employees.
Qualifications
  • HS Diploma or college degree
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and have IDs needed to verify
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Must have great interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively at various social levels
  • Passion for the Aviation and/or Security industry
  • Customer Service experience
  • Must be willing to pass a 10-year verifiable background check
  • Must have experience working with basic office equipment
  • Must obtain and maintain a valid SIDA badge
  • Willing and able to participate in a drug test with negative results
