About the Role

At adidas, we're looking for talented individuals to join our retail team as a Retail Store Associate. As a key member of our store team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring every customer leaves the store feeling valued and satisfied.
  • Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales targets and drive business results.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on the latest adidas products and trends.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive store environment, fostering a culture of teamwork and respect.
  • Perform various tasks, including visual merchandising, inventory management, and cash handling.

Requirements
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or experience in retail or customer service a plus.
  • Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
