Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Qualifications:
- Valid CNA certification with successful completion of a CNA training program
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19, including Boosters
- Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English
- Good physical health to assist and move patients, and/or stand for extended periods
- Empathy towards residents and their families
Core Responsibilities of a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA):
- Delivering personal care for residents under the guidance of a licensed and/or registered nurse
- Assisting with daily living activities such as dressing, bathing, grooming, dining, recreational activities, and outings
- Organizational skills to facilitate smooth unit operations
- Other duties as assigned
Compensation:
$19 - $21 / hour
Work Schedule:
4/2 AM/PM/NOC
(Factors influencing pay include location, work shift, knowledge, skills, experience, and expertise.)
