Job Summary:

Resolve Marine Group, Inc. is a leading marine services organization that provides salvage, emergency response, training, naval architecture, and marine engineering to the global maritime industry. As a Naval Architect Intern, you will have the opportunity to work on various projects, including salvage and wreck removal operations, emergency response, and vessel design.

Responsibilities:
  • Supporting emergency response, salvage, and wreck removal jobs by developing engineering plans, arrangements, and drawings.
  • Developing technical plans for submission to clients and authorities.
  • Creating 3D hull models for stability software.
  • Using stability software to estimate ground reactions, ballast/cargo discharge requirements, and freeing force requirements.
  • Maintaining engineering reports and plans for Resolve's projects.
  • Supporting other engineering projects.

Requirements:
  • Major in Naval Architecture, Ocean Engineering, or Marine Engineering.
  • Computer skills in GHS, AutoCad, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • GPA of 3.0 or above.
  • Completed Junior standing or above.
  • U.S. work authorization.

Travel Requirement:
Up to 50% travel is required. Additional travel may be required based on operational demand.
