Your Role

As a Senior Field Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing technical solutions, ensuring workplace safety, supervising field technicians, and supporting service, maintenance, and repair sales. You must have excellent communication, financial acumen, business development, and management skills to succeed in this role.

  • You will lead a team of field technicians and manage their training and development on established processes, tools, and standards.
  • You will foster excellent communication among team members and maintain good working relationships with local unions.
  • You will assure that service, maintenance, and repair offerings meet Company quality and safety standards, as well as all contract requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a BS/AS degree in Engineering or Business with prior technical sales experience, or Journeyman Technician experience with minimum 5 years in the field. You must also have minimum 3 years experience in either the elevator industry or in a related building systems industry. Additionally, you should possess solid problem-solving and proven negotiating skills, high sense of urgency, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and excellent PC skills.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive base salary ranging from $85,700 to $107,100. In addition, we provide fully vested 401k match, up to 7% of total eligible compensation. Other benefits include medical, dental, and vision plans; three weeks' vacation which increases with tenure; seven sick days; three floating holidays; eight company-observed holidays; tuition reimbursement after six months of service; parental leave with 100% base pay for six consecutive weeks within the first year of a child's birth or adoption; and a wide range of development opportunities to boost your professional and leadership growth.
