The Equipment Coordinator role at PCL Construction Resources (USA), Inc. is a key position that provides day-to-day support for equipment operations. This individual will contribute to the team by interacting with internal customers and external suppliers related to equipment ownership.
Responsibilities- Completes ongoing equipment administration functions in support of equipment and tool transfers, accounting activities, and repair/service.
- Completes invoices received, ensuring proper cost allocation and payment.
- Tracks and completes equipment title/Manufacturer Certificate of Origin (MCO) transfer and registration and renewal process.
- Develops and maintains constructive and customer-focused working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Liaises with district customers, accounting, and yard personnel.
- High school diploma required.
- Associates or bachelor's degree in a related discipline is considered an asset.
- 2 years of construction, rental, or equipment experience preferred.
- Basic construction knowledge including awareness of procedures, project life cycles, and construction resources and equipment.
- Basic understanding of applicable procurement laws and regulations, procurement best practices, and supply chain processes.
- Awareness of commonly used construction tools and equipment.
- Effective negotiation and interpersonal communication skills.
- Working experience of Microsoft Office Suite with a strong aptitude for adopting new technology.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and analysis of day-to-day tasks.
- Basic mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to understand and employ company's specifications, methods, and procedures.
- Ability to understand and apply basic financial concepts.
- Aptitude and desire for corporate responsibility, integrity, and business practices, and ethical decision-making.
- Ability to develop and maintain effective stakeholder relationships.
- Valid driver's license required.

The salary range for this position is between $55,000 and $65,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications. PCL combines numerous pay and benefit strategies to provide a comprehensive and competitive total rewards package. Any salary range displayed by a job board is an estimate.
Your salary, which considers your unique qualifications and experience, is just one component of the robust total rewards you'll enjoy at PCL. This may include an employee share purchase offering, discretionary annual performance bonus, comprehensive benefits and wellness programs, retirement plan plus matching, and career development programs.
