Walmart is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Floor Operations Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and inventory management systems.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage and coordinate the receipt, storage, and distribution of inventory
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels and reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory discrepancies and issues
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
**Requirements:**
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory management or a related field
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks

- Competitive hourly rate: $19.7 - $26.2 per hour
- Annual or quarterly performance incentives
