Power Platform Developer

The Power Platform Developer is responsible for partnering with functional leadership to assess business needs to create and generate statistical reports that support analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs). The role is will in control of developing, maintaining, integrating, and supporting business Power Platform solutions in conjunction with the Digital Services Team (IT). Working under the guidance of Senior Global Industrialization Manager, this role is responsible for translating user requirements into functional specifications, and then implementing those specifications via coding/configuration/workflow development. The role will be making recommendations to bridge performance gaps and drive continuous improvement based on plan/trends while utilizing automation, software, hardware, and technology if an efficient manner. About You Developing applications/solutions using the Power Platform Design and build solutions to support automation, integrations, data flows, and data visualizations. Ability to work independently as well in a team with strong understanding of Agile methodologies Estimating, planning, and managing your own work to deliver priorities. Assist in developing and coordinating report requirements with operations leadership to meet business objectives Taking responsibility for investigative work to seek effective solutions. Collaborate with internal and external partners to assist with data collection and reporting Interpret and analyze data to identify areas of improvement within the Warehouse operations Program, project, and portfolio management Essential Functions/Job Responsibilities & Duties (Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions) Work with stakeholders to manage programs and projects adhering to project management principles Work closely with Managers, Architects and Analysts to develop software & data visualization solutions Implement specifications via Power Platform including an understanding of customization, configuration, integration, and extensibility, as well as recognizing boundaries and constraints Translate user requirements into functional specifications Work closely with IT utilize relationship databases for data processing Prepare reports findings; Communicate operational results, trends, and any gaps in processes Answer ad-hoc analytic questions and train users to self-serve standard reports leveraging ERP/WMS, Excel or other data visualization tools Able to be onsite for assessments / evaluation of business automation and technology needs Measures & Success Criteria Successful delivery of high-quality software / data solutions Continually updates manager on status of requests Resolves business requirements satisfactorily and on time Qualifications & Experience Minimum of 1 year of experience in working with the Microsoft Power Platform. In-depth understanding of data analysis tools / platforms such as Excel, Power BI / Qlik, SQL. Very strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Education/Certifications Power Platform experience, data analysis experience, 2-year degree or enrolled college for Computer Science Knowledge Skills & Abilities Required Essential Desirable Knowledge Power Apps Power Automate Power BI / Qlik Dataverse / SQL MS Teams SharePoint Smartsheet (or equivalent) Development experience in at least one of JSON, C#, .NET Knowledge of UI/UX methodologies Data processing / analysis tools (SQL, Excel) Technology centric (hardware / software) PMP certified with 2 year's experience
