  1. Facility Management: Oversee the management of our production facility, including control of costs, material management, and equipment maintenance.
  2. Cost Control: Develop and implement strategies to control costs, including direct and indirect labor, material, and equipment expenses.
  3. Leadership and Team Development: Foster a positive and productive work environment, develop and implement training programs, and motivate employees to achieve their full potential.
  4. Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
  5. Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, and promote a culture of safety and awareness within the facility.
  6. Business Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, including new customer acquisition and retention.
  7. Contract Compliance: Ensure compliance with all contracts and company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  1. Experience: 5-7 years of progressive management responsibility in a production facility or manufacturing environment.
  2. Knowledge: Considerable knowledge of financial reporting, including profit and loss, sales, and capital expenses.
  3. Skills: Strong analytical and process management skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective solutions.
Education
  1. Bachelor's Degree: Preferred, but equivalent experience considered.
Travel Requirements

Travel within the region is required.
